My company is providing the salary rs 100000/ per month for me. I will got good opportunity for my job I will take. This company is good for future but in this company have no PF fund so I want to change over the company.

In our company is good but some time we don't have work in the company. My company profile is going on oilfield services in Mumbai high. I have worked 12 hours in a day and 12 hours rest. If I have got good opportunity in another company I will change.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
