The Jagson Group was initiated in the year 1972, with an entrepreneur's vision of entering into new fields of hi-tech and priority sectors. The group started strong as one of the first private sector companies that entered into the field of off-shore drilling for Oil and Gas exploration with its company Jagson International Limited (JIL). The Jagson Airlines was also established by the group in 1992, Which has flown in difficult hilly terrain of India without any blemish record of any incidence. The Jagson Airlines which continued to carry on enviable track-record in the area of scheduled & chartered aircrafts till the year 2010.In the last four decade, The Jagson Group has successfully spread its strength across the globe with Indian Ports Warehousing Company (IPWC) that provides liquid cargo storage (liquid fuels). The group has also set up Jindal Service stations for distributionship of HSD & Petrol in India. The group has established as a reputable distributer of HSD & Petroleum in kyrgyzstan(CIS countries) under the name of Jagson Oil. The group also has diversified into other sectors like entertainment, with Jagson Entertainment Company and Mahima Productions, and into tourism with the new Jhaku Ropeway at Simla. Deepsea Blue Global Ltd is a newly formed subsidiary company established in 2017 to venture into different sectors of energy industry. Jagson has won the corporate excellence 2018 under "Make In India" initiative for their humble contribution towards indian oil and gas industry for last 35 years.
