Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Jagruti Technosys is the best company for freshers because the senior PD Engineers are very kind and helpful and so the Team Leads are . Jagruti believes in every employee and open to any ideas came up by employees and also gives them the credit.

The most exciting part here is people around me are so encouraging and gives me a lot of strength to work very hard. We at Jagruti work with passion towards a particular objective. We have fun and make our environment so funny everyday. We smile all the day so that we can also be healthy.
