Slightly low on the salary - base pay is not competitive to what is being offered by the market. Need to work overtime to compensate for the gap

I don't have any dislike for Jacobs and any other company because they pay for me and give me a chance to work with him so why should I regrets and complain.

You'll get the best projects and learn pretty much everything you can in time you're there.

Poor salary raises and don't work here if you're an introvert. You won't get things if you deserve them. You have to shout out loud to get it.

Jacobs is a good reliable company to work with along with good career opportunities which it provides to its employees and mainly out of which is the global exposure which really helps the person to not only grow career wise but also as a good human being by getting to learn and know various other cultures and interacting with people across the globe.

May be compensation wise there is a scope of improvement along with cracking of good projects in india.

Work life balance is Superb. Culture is excellent Peers are supportive. Hybrid working arrangement provides great flexibility.

Dislikes

Salary and Increments are not great. There is huge variation in salaries and is not in line with experience of the employee. Also , the job involves backend work which is not great from career point of view.
