Minimal yearly hike, No competent lead for projects poor project management lots of rework, lot of unnecessary documentation which increases load of work average working per day is 10-12 hours. Continuous follow up of work unnecessary calling anytime. No in person contact everything is system driven for other department contact for HR finance IT or other information or queries raise tickets.

Increments are very bad, Very difficult to move to another department Office politics No performance bonus or variable pay Reporting managers are not that supportive

You can raise your concern. Work life balance can be achieved depending on the projects

No opportunities to grow skills. Very less salary. Company will not care about your salary until and unless you are an irreplaceable resource for the project. And even when they talk about employees growth, that seems to be the least of the concern for the management

Managers, No Hike, No Training on Internal App, JD is different and work is different your Team Managers will get change often, unwanted work like COC and rest of Slides or presentation to make
