The company makes you work hard but innovative work is not entertaied. An employee is expected to stay at office and work after office hours without getting any extra perks. If one leaves office exactly at 6 p.m, comes in the eye of seniors. As long as you are in the company,you will receive salaries with7-10 days delay but when you leaves, it requires lot of follow ups & coordination to get your fnf. Company has huge clienteles so learning is there but the working culture is not so good which doesn't provide a healthy working environment.
