There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address aor issue salary is decent but career growth is slow not given salary on time bonus Also not yearly there is a bouns of 2,3 year before given,and on the job training is not given to New joinees

Late night meetings. No yearly increments. Poor resource management. Lack of experienced department heads. Failure of HR & administration departments.

Training : Never provided Career growth : Nil Salary : Only this thing is positive (monthly once - no fixed date) Appraisal : Never seen in 2 years. Travel : Pathetic including in site locations also. Politics : Only in upper level. Learning : 0000000 Work environment : Outdated. Work life balance: 000000 Main problem : The HR department is spineless, they don't fulfill any requirement of employees, even after living the job, getting all the clearances, they dont make the final settlement , etc. They do not provide the Form16 (IT) in time, they dont pay the tax of employee in time, inspite of cutting from salary. Nobody cares of their employees. My rating is terrible by experience.

Salary increment on basis of person reach to higher level not on your hard work.howmuch ever you work, your maximum salary increment as an engineer is 2000 rs per year

Limited company should have HR policy for employees. But in this company you will see many ups and downs in salary, designation, appraisals there is no criteria to follow.
