As this i a small scale organisation one can easily get opportunities to develope skills and knowledge. As there is very less frequency of local train hence company stricktly follows work timings and do not force to do overtime hence work and life balance can be managable.

Dislikes

As company is small scale, company did not provide financial benifits like increaments, diwali bonus or incentives. Company did not provide timely promotions. Increaments and promotiins are in hand of management and they did not provide it atleast for 3 yrs. After 3 yrs marginally very less increament is offered.

Likes

Having an very enthusiastic environment about working with all employees. There is an more option to learn skills about drugs and their preparations.

I'm not dislike to work in J. Duncan Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

The overall environment of comapny is bad. Teammates are ok but managers are not behaving well.

There is a lot of politics in departments. Main reason is that the manager don't give the weekly of. i required a more c/of.
