The new management is good & task oriented. Work culture is average. Policies should be more strengthen.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & new management doesn't want to overcome. Salary is average but career growth is slow. No on job training is given to employees.

... sales, higher attrition, nobody is bother for people business needs to be meet. ADJUSTMENT higher even needs to add money from pocket in incentive to pay adjustments, cilacar trading on its edge but organisation want to show they do well in T. Trust me if you stop paying incentives SOP will fall down. Stop such kind of business it's make your employees poor and poor because of sales adjustment.

JB had changed 360 degree in span of two years from employee oriented business oriented, give you higher package to manage business not for your ability it's trap. HR should intervene rating goes down from 4.1 to 3.8 but they won't interested. Cipla had filtered placebo leaders and all joined JB and they destroyed cultures and values, ethics. First they committed to star award in Singapore and after three months they changed Abu Dhabi. Existing employees are underpaid and new comers getting high package. High pressure to achieve budget and infiltration at edge in Cilacar T. Don't join any division of JB as all leaders know only rate business. Ketan Patel and Prashant Desai come in joint working to take resignation letter of Area manager and it's truly unfair if business is not happening help your team rather than resigne. Not a single HQ has business hygiene at end of month they push people for business if not get achieve then keep threatening people. Till now more than 27+ people left JB after their joining in span of two years. Whatever business gujarat do just because of team there is no contribution in field working nor at doctor level from ketan Patel and prashant desai. I had resigned few month ago because of thier daily torture dose. prashant desai wake up on 10th, 20th and 26th to ask business plan. Cilacar T goes upto 28% less than PTS but nobody have concern. Prashant and Ketan both are story maker in front HO. My one team member was on edge of retirement period in 1 year but they don't allow Mr Hitesh Vadodariya to work till retirement. Both are believing in gifting when thier HO team come to meeting and pretending as nice leaders. Ketan patel and Prashant desai stop threatening employees make employees feel they are in safe hands.

...tches, he calls you to the field at 8 a.m. daily and makes you work till 11 p.m.And if you make some mistake and the target is not complete then your salary, incentive expense is all hold so please don't ruin your career here. All manager specially YUVA division Managers.. The tag line of the company is just a show off, all stupid people are full here. The one who does not even know how to speak English properly has been made the manager.
