JB had changed 360 degree in span of two years from employee oriented business oriented, give you higher package to manage business not for your ability it's trap. HR should intervene rating goes down from 4.1 to 3.8 but they won't interested. Cipla had filtered placebo leaders and all joined JB and they destroyed cultures and values, ethics. First they committed to star award in Singapore and after three months they changed Abu Dhabi. Existing employees are underpaid and new comers getting high package. High pressure to achieve budget and infiltration at edge in Cilacar T. Don't join any division of JB as all leaders know only rate business. Ketan Patel and Prashant Desai come in joint working to take resignation letter of Area manager and it's truly unfair if business is not happening help your team rather than resigne. Till now more than 27+ people left JB after their joining in span of two years. Prashant and Ketan both are story maker in front HO. My one team member was on edge of retirement period in 1 year but they don't allow Mr Hitesh Vadodariya to work till retirement.
