There is nothing to like about in Izzhaar. No work-life balance, abusive words by management, salary cut for no reason, if you are late by 1 min salary cut, sunday salary cut, etc. totally unorganized, unethical, mismanaged company, when employee takes leave for sickness, she says "kal ki marti aj mar jae". Salary is delayed all the time and there is no place for humanity. The worst place to work at... Its better that you stay jobless than working here as employee....

Dislikes

There is nothing to like. Inspite of motivated to work in a qualitive manner, you will be demotivated at all times. Every second spend here is like a big mistake and its better that you leave before you join this jail.

They joined employees for one designation and give the work for 2 designation. Salary will be not given on time. This company will only given the joining letter at the time of joining with no salary mentioned in it & they will give the joining letter after 3 months. They joined employees for the one designation & change the designation according to their need or fire them without no reason. Directors are very arrogant, They dont know how to talk with their employees.
