...ue many aspects of working at Izmo, I feel that there are areas for improvement. The lack of proper salary hikes and insufficient recognition of loyalty can be disheartening. Additionally, there seems to be a tendency to block open expression of opinions and ideas, which stifles creativity. Lastly, the delays in employee benefits, like share allotments, and the lack of follow-up on promised timelines have become concerning in recent years.

Izmo Ltd. was a great organization where I learned a lot and worked on impactful projects. However, I realized that the opportunities for growth and challenging projects were limited in my role. I am looking for a position where I can take on more complex challenges and contribute to larger initiatives that align better with my career aspirations.

working space and office atmosphere neat and clean coworkers friendly and helping each other's. good scope for newcomers . in here everyone getting trained by before moving project. clearly we understood work on task

One thing I like is supporting the new joining and interaction with them and making them comfortable to work.

For now it is fine and going good. One thing if they provide work from home it will be so much benefit for employees.
