working space and office atmosphere neat and clean coworkers friendly and helping each other's. good scope for newcomers . in here everyone getting trained by before moving project. clearly we understood work on task

One thing I like is supporting the new joining and interaction with them and making them comfortable to work.

For now it is fine and going good. One thing if they provide work from home it will be so much benefit for employees.

any one can be eliminated anytime due to managers egoistic behaviour. At manager level they don't know what is the efficiency of an individual just due to personal issues they can eliminate whole team members, saying no business and hiring other for same role.

Izmo is more like a family than a company. Employees are very friendly and teams work together like a family to achieve the required results.

Dislikes

One suggestion would be to schedule soft skill trainings to upgrade ourselves according to the current industry market.
