High level of favoritism. Salary cuts without any communication. No ratings & appraisals. Processes not defined, even if some are defined management themselves don't follow. Lot of issues among Seniors. Lack of direction. Promised things are not honored.

No downsides to any such parameter. Being a Start-up we have the caliber to sort things at the earliest when it arises.

Dislikes

The managers are quite helpful and supportive. The pampering environment and always in fun time company culture is helping in retension, this is something needs to be sort.

The company's work was not properly organised. A company like this is so behind the times when it comes to using the latest technologies. This lack of organisation and the use of outdated technology holding the company.

It's so worse experience, no work life bal, no job security, no learning at all, very demotivation. N worse part the most important doc related to your salary account, pf, exp letter, insurance everything get messed u cannot trust n need to keenly go through to check it's don't correct or not n if anything wrong then years years u need to follow to get it done n sad thing this from hr to authorities no one get it seriously to fix.
