HR team discussed to me before joining we provide a 100% bonus every year, but Ivy management offers below 50% bonus (HR team gives false information, it's like cheating). and appraisals are given to below 5% to 8% only.

...ly 48% of what should be paid. Looks like its going to be the way going forward. So get ready to give up at least 50% of your variable pay (HR says its paid 100% when joining). Appraisal hardly matches inflation rate. Pay is not as per market standards. Lots of politics during appraisal period. There's no logic behind promotions. Few employees have a joyous time, they are promoted every year, switch different career paths and travel abroad frequently. The reward for good work is more work.

Good work environment. Good salary during joining. Latest technologies. Good projects.

Dislikes

Literally no hikes. You will get promotion without even adding a single penny into your salary. It's just like do more work and I'm not gonna pay any extra.
