It's my first company that I have joined as a fresher. Good package at that time in 2016 they gave 4.5 lakhs package by hand I got 32k to 33k. Every year they have common hike for 1.5 lakhs.. i worked there for 5 years. While leaving the company I got 10.5 lakhs package. By hand I was getting 73k. Coming to learning experience: In company we have poor working standards. No internet access while working so there is no one to help you out while you stuck with an issue. Even if you get help from somebody still it will help you to finish that taks . You won't get in-depth knowledge on product you are doing. Working hours are 9 am to 7 pm . Some times u need to work till 9pm as well. But u won't get any extra benifits. Main draw back here is you won't get good learning experience and job security. You may get fired once in an year.

No job security No exposure to new technology No work life balance Will fire people for no reason stating that they don't have projects or client to pay you. Lot of politics. Even though u perform well if from wap side they asked to reduce the count they will fire even top performers. No huge cafeteria . In name of development u will be doing only bug fixes, documentation, screenshot works.

...at u as school kids.even u can't bring one chocolate inside the office premises.whatever facility u ask they will say like "Get it with your salary..for that only u r getting paid"

...will change their policies over a night and do not intimate those to employees.Salary is the only thing I appreciate about them.
