Working in IVS is great, there is a freedom for work obviously there is always no pressure whenever we work anywhere but you know as of now I've seen companies in the management is really good they take care of your personal areas also. I would rate working in IVS School of Design 8 out of 10

Dislikes

I think there is none to write here because employs a well connected to the organisation emotionally and if anybody leaves the organisation it would just be for personal growth factor. Growth is always there good increments are good there but you know in terms of enhancing a self personality change but otherwise I don't see any negative qualities.
