I worked as a Project Architect. Fresher salary is good here. You get to learn a lot. You can get proficient in Autocad very much. Here, mostly projects comprises of retail entertainment mostly PVR cinemas, premium ones also like Director's cut. Timing is 9am to 6pm. Late entry after 9:20am.

Dislikes

Located in basement under a residential building. Admin is a little bit bossy and rude. Salary increment is not good. No HR in the company. Office is very small and compact. Small dining area.

The company is open to innovation and readly adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, Young and passionate, well-qualified, ethical that markets reliable and has a global client base. Employee gets to travel different locations. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Good learning with teammates with different backgrounds and different cultures.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
