...was same( Need not submit original documents as scanned copies are sufficient) Then I read the review that company doesn't pay salary on time ( generally it is delayed by 20-25 days every month). Hence people tend to leave the job within a month or two without even taking latest salary. That might be the reason many employees left during working with client in Mumbai. Now they don't want any candidate to leave though company is not paying salary on time....Having original documents in their custody is the best way to stop candidate.. A candidate cant even appear for another interview since he has no original documents... PLEASE BE SAFE....IF AN HR( LESS BY EXPERIENCE) SAY SO WE CAN UNDERSTAND... BUT PEOPLE ON DIRECTOR LEVEL....HR HEAD LEVEL SAY SO IS NOT ACCEPTABLE... NO COMPANY CAN BE ABOVE LAW & ORDER...

They deliberately delay the salary for 25 - 30 days. Only first month you get the salary on time and after that the drama starts. They stop answering your phone calls related to the salary. They do not reply to the emails related with the salary queries. This happens with each and every one.

Never ever join these company. Not even in dreams. Lot of issues mainly with salary , they wont give salary on time. And do not even bother to update.

Everything about these company. Request to all those even they offer huge amount or people having gaps in jobs .Do not join these company. HR team is headed by Rakesh Sambuli , which is not at all good.
