...o proper management and poor dicision making , not think too much for employee . salary payment at next month of 20th date and and no appraisal or it's nullable .Notice period amout not given to employee who left the company in 2023 , from then due to all employees.

There is nothing you will like, If you get any offer from then never ever join. I will write down the points. Sandwich policy for 6 months, no paid leave, any time they will fire. Notice period 3 month or 60 working day. You won't get paid in notice period and after notice over you will not get paid too. Many did not get their dues yet. Management is worst, slave culture is going on.

Dislikes

Everything paid including tea and coffee. Anytime fire. Salary not on time most of the time after 15. Joining is easy but leaving is difficult no salary, no appraisal. Half day salary deducted if reach 10 min late. Never ever join this company, you can ask any previous employee about the company if you think am wrong.

The salary offered was as per market value. You can learn and enhance skills especially for people in the initial part of the career.

Dislikes

Tremendous office politics. The management are the worst. They speak very sweetly bt actually they are the exploiters. They show they think about their employees but actually they don't. They bought luxurious items even when employees were getting delayed salaries and were not provided any appraisals.

...e culture of Ivan Infotech is of continuous improvement which is very inspiring. The competitive salary on comprehensive benefits package are just too good.We can maintain a healthy work life balance.

...ere are recreational activities held time to time in the office which is a plus. On time salary. Never faced a delay.

Dislikes

The management is not good. They only give importance to the sales team n doesn't bother about the core delivery team. Talking about working hours..long working hours. 9hrs is just a myth. Working on weekends and holidays was never compensated. No on job training. Growth is zero. No cab facilities provided for late night. No other facilities available.
