There is nothing you will like, If you get any offer from then never ever join. I will write down the points. Sandwich policy for 6 months, no paid leave, any time they will fire. Notice period 3 month or 60 working day. You won't get paid in notice period and after notice over you will not get paid too. Many did not get their dues y et. I have worked with Ivan for a year. The team I had worked with was good and cooperative. Hr team was good as well. There are recreational activities held time to time in the office which is a plus. On time salary. Never faced a delay.
