... technology as network support Engineer. But i resigned my job in January 2022 . But I didn't get my experience and leaving certificate, one and half month salary , pf , incentives for 6 months Nothing ... All fraud ... Nobody response

Opportunity to learn knowledge and skills are high. Good patflorm for freshers

No development in work life, no promotions or hikes. Sometimes you have wait 2-3 months for your salary. No bonus, no team out, no gathering only work.

very bad experience at all. don't work with them. they mostly delay in salary and some time they dont give. Company owner never respond. and the people who is managing the company is always doing the partiality. HR department not ready to listen. even they are not ready to give your own PF. and nothing is to like here. it was terrible experience of my life.

Company doesn't do anything..they just deploy man power to clients

...don't have anything for employee relationship.they never engage with employees . Simply one employees are deployed for client they only realse salary after confirmation from client

They don't have any back to provide the salary on time, because I was working in LTI that time LTI had some migration process yet to complete but that time they hold the salary due to migration but that time IT source don't have any back to give the salary to the employees.

Dislikes

Not give any Diwali gift or bonus.
