...t's close this on points below 0 reimbursement No petty cash for official works No fix date for salary Upper management with full Egotistic attitude No permission to take EL,CL Threats of legal case on you if you dont agree to so called 3 months noticed period Kick you out if Mr. V.K ego not satisfied And much much much more.....

The most likable aspect at iTriangle is its work culture .It fosters a collaborative work environment. The aspect of the company emphasizing and giving importance to each and every festival is commendable

I would suggest the company to focus on employee career growth

Management is very cooperative and a flat type with very much involvement and have trust on the employees. Lots of challenges in the work which are equally backed up/supported by the Management to achieve the targeted goals.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technologies. I love the fact that i am a part of the team that markets reliable, high quality End to End products and has a global client base. A perfect place to explore all your skills and to prove what you are. iTriangle encouraged me to learn all the latest technologies in Software Testing and to work on them which is helping me a lot now. At the end of the day i use to go home with a work satisfaction. No much pressure as they will understand the strengths and weakness of the employees and allot the work.
