Colleagues of this company are very friendly and helpful. There is no strict 9 to 5 job you can start your day when you want. Employers are very soft-spoken and friendly.

Dislikes

...valid document like an increment letter, payslips you need to poke HR every day. Policies are not good at all like Medical Insurance, PFs are deducted from your in-hand salary.

... and balanced work life. Every week an Employee refreshment program is happened. Give a good salary hike and every quarter a performance reward is added with the salary.

occasional workload fluctuations..however ignorable as it's occasional, and sometimes TL balances it by allowing learning new things at my own pace :)

People are constructive here, if you are stuck on performing your daily responsibilities, there are always people to help you. Introduction to new technologies is a good initiative of the management.

Work-life balance got minimal sometimes but in rare cases similar to other startups, nothing to complain about.
