You will not get timely salary if you complaint for salary u will be victim of politics and job loss. No holidays on diwali or summer time. Registrar office work is imposed on staff. Provost Anil Bisen forces staff to do registrar office work and if you deny you face job loss or political harassment Teaching Staff are overburden with tasks like mentorship, preparing registrar office documents, administrative work, with more than 25 hours of teaching work per week. Key people involved in politics are Anil Bisen, Bital Patel, Prerana, Pooja Shukla, and Dhrumil Shah old staff. Their actions have damaged the reputation of ITM Vocational University, making it a difficult place for good faculty to work. Politics is deeply entrenched in every aspect of the institution, making life miserable for many employees. The staff turnover rate is very high due to the political interference. I strongly advise new applicants to think at least 100 times before applying for a position here. There is no support from HR, as Jagdish, the HR representative, always sides with the Provost’s decisions out of fear of losing his own job.

Three so called holidays offered in each month for which lots of efforts needed to approve leave from Dean and heads of department and HR manager.

No one would like to work here b coz the behaviour of provost chancellor of the university Mr. Anil bisen is very bad with students and staff. He is rough minded provost who just enjoy few beautiful females and insult all others just to show his power in front of all. His language is worst too worst b.coz his character is bad and stares woman with dirty eyes, calls females in personal and speaks indirect Language with females. I have left ITM just provost Anil bisen dirty eyed and minded person.
