Over the past 5 years of my corporate life, ITILITE has been one of those companies with the best work culture and leadership. Here no one is considered senior or junior as everyone is friends with everyone. The work culture is very friendly in the sense that people are extremely helpful and no one denies helping you out. You are not judged if you do not know anything. Managers are like your friends here. Work wise, I have learnt a lot here and got the opportunity to collaborate with other team members and the CEO.

Dislikes

The leadership should recognize more employees for their work and trust their employees with regard to work. The promotion and increment must be improved. The leadership and HRs must try and retain top talent if they are planning to move on.

Hire and fire attitude No job security Every 3 months they ask employees to give resignation forcefully else they threaten employees of terminating their employment Horrible work culture Discrimination between north and South Indians Company is filled with South Indians and favouritism is quite prevalent

Third class company with hire and fire attitude they will fire when ever they feel like one of the worst ever company i have seen in my life
