This was my first experience working with such A grade college passouts founders and let me tell you that no monetary or stake company stake benefits compensate for cussing and abuse over sales calls and loss of self worth. 2. The founders have successfully turned this company into a mini McKinsey where everything in the name offlat hierarchy is hippocritical 3. The leadership should recognize more employees for their work and trust their employees with regard to work. The promotion and increment must be improved. The leadership and HRs must try and retain top talent if they are planning to move on.

Some of the new people in the leaderships are terrible they will take irrational decisions and don't know about how to convey things in the teams specially in the Engineering Department. And yes lay off often happens here, and with that pressure you have to work and your performance takes no consideration here when lay off happens.But yes, you will get some consideration if you are from one particular state you will know what i am talking about if you know most of the engineering leadership are from which state....Read More
