There are a few factors for improvement no doubt, but policies are employee friendly, you get salary on time, your salary is not held up unnecessarily. Recommended for joining and career enhancement.

Dislikes

There are few minor factors for improvement and Sr management is aware of it, working on it. But overall still a much better employment prospects exist here with no harassment, no internal politics, which is a major plus point, and few short comings can be overlooked in the larger picture.
