The management is very friendly and supportive. The managers are helping team members and putting their efforts to make their team members successful. Management is very concerned about their employees, resolutions were immediate for all the problems. This is one of the best companies i have ever seen

Sincere working is tough. Pour some wine to manager srinivas erra and order food for him daily. You will survive easily. If U say no you will be fired easily .

Dislikes

Management is blind one of the worst organisation only firing company.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
