Have been working here for years now , I think its doing fine , if you work hard and consistent , no one can stop your growth , but at the same time if you need privileges and all the hype but you are not credible for the same then its not the place for you , the management is very cooperative , specially in the pandemic they have done a lot , right from work from home , monetary benefits , provide healthcare and boos the morale of their employees

Processes should be more process oriented rather than people oriented
