People leave their boss and not the the job. This says it all. The boss doesn't believe in work life balance. Wants you to 'hustle' and work round the clock. Leaves are an issue.

Great place if you love being tangled in petty politics and have no love for your career whatsoever. The pay is on time, though.

Dislikes

Forget about work-life balance and get ready to be the corporate slave you never even dreamt of. There is an open door policy to reach the big boss, but your concerns will be given as much ducks as Aryabhatta' golden number.

It's good for people who give their all. These people will be rewarded accordingly. People in it for the sake for doing their job without the will ti outperform or learn something new will always find this place not a good fit

Employees are not motivated enough. The culture is becoming better but its still a long way to go.

They call themselves a company but it is like a circus and you can guess who runs a circus, a clown. They have no plan of doing anything just plain simple nonsensical professional behavior. They have one specific director who thinks he knows all but you will only laugh when you start working. Overall my observation is that only people still working here are new college passouts who need a little experience before they jump on. So donot join this lame company who does not care about the employees even an inch.
