... posts is very less although my background is engineering, promotion comes late. Salary is average and growth is slow. Frequent transfer within country in cities or villages, No family life or me time.

ITD is a traditional company with a culture, company maintain a systematic pay scale and do take care of the pay date, mostly there aren't any delays in pay payment dates.

Career growth is slow and mostly don't have a work - life balance, innovation and new ideas are not welcomed in ITD

They give time & support to new employees to learn & adjust in company. Work politics is there but it only affects the once who want to be part of this, very good organization for learning, new talent
