Work culture is better than other construction company and Job is also secure in it.

Poor salary structure and very late promotion. Increment is also low than other company. To get leave permission is also a big matter. Safety culture should be more strict like that L&T ,TATA etc. Staff should be got training in his field after joining

It's a very familiar company for me, i get lots of support from my all senior and from my in-charge. i started my first work in this company as a freshers and now i'm able to handle a team. all the credits goes to my senior and all the site engineers,they treated me as a brother. my opinion to all is that at least work in this company once.

There is no any reason for me to dislike this company, but obviously some people say that its salary chart is little much down than other companies.

Working culture is good.lots of scope for growth.Teammates or seniors are helpful. salary is not bad for a trainee diploma.there are lots of facilities like accommodations,transportation are available.

Job security is not as expected is training days.We have to work for 12 hrs. a day.

First thing You will not get value in Site , and Secondly Project Based Local Admin will give you problem , Thirdly you will not get Extra Life , It is actually 14 hrs duty not 12 hrs duty on site. As a GET I am Telling please Don’t Join ITD Cementation. Specially Don’t join DIV-3.
