...nt people, Senior HR Manager, PM's and all to be least affected by their wrath. Average Salary is less, People leave, so they impose Bonds, 2 lacs for 2 years, without any training or investment whatsoever. HR intimidated me on face, if I break the bond, they'll set an example out of me, Despite my 100% efforts and working from home, in a scenario where my mother was going through serious health issues regarding abdominal surgery. They terminated me without any compensation or reviews, marking my performance as bad, in a project which was React and NodeJS based, And it had only had me as a JavaScript and React developer in it, I had to train two new joiners and four SharePoint developers in same. I mailed them for asking the review process, as I build all the functional component in it, all form validations, core functionality like pdf report and invoice generation, Excel report generation and all. But they simply ignored it and haven't replied yet. They also mentioned this in my experience letter that I was terminated due to bad performance. Fortunately, my new company didn't care about the letter and trusted my interview performance. I would never recommend joining, as this company will suck the life out of you.

...sn't address issue's or say we are not allowed to complaint about our problems . Salary is not enough no other perks no benefits, just on paper . Worst company culture.

To start your career ITC is a best company, I have 4.7 years of experience working with ITC, being my first company I enjoyed working there.

U wont feel lonely if u r a person with insecurities..ur team is always there..friendly people..manageable work life balance...good work environment

Cant expect much about salary and very very slow growth...too mchch of politics...dont get to learn mchch... Gotta face target pressures sometimes..bus facility is provided but still too many issues..
