Average Salary is less, People leave, so they impose Bonds, 2 lacs for 2 years, without any training or investment whatsoever. HR intimidated me on face, if I break the bond, they'll set an example out of me, Despite my 100% efforts and working from home, in a scenario where my mother was going through serious health issues regarding abdominal surgery. They terminated me without any compensation or reviews, marking my performance as bad, in a project which was React and NodeJS based, And it had only had me as a JavaScript and React developer in it, I had to train two new joiners and four SharePoint developers in same. I mailed them for asking the review process, as I build all the functional component in it, all form validations, core functionality like pdf report and invoice generation, Excel report generation and all. But they simply ignored it and haven't replied yet. They also mentioned this in my experience letter that I was terminated due to bad performance. Fortunately, my new company didn't care about the letter and trusted my interview performance. I would never recommend joining, as this company will suck the life out of you.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

To start your career ITC is a best company, I have 4.7 years of experience working with ITC, being my first company I enjoyed working there.
