The only thing I liked working in ITChamps is because of beautiful Mysore place. nothing other than this motivated me to work here

Dislikes

Dislikes are many. 1) Cheating in the name of internship by taking huge amount 2) Peanut pay to the employee 3) No salary hike to the prompt employees who work harder. giving hike to one group (4-5 members) who are permanent employees 4) management at its worst including HR too. 5) the company is running only through academy. no real revenue from software export.

...DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. This is a fraud company. They don't have any projects. They hire you for ₹15000 with 2 years bond and if you break the bond, you have to pay 3 lakhs compensation to get your certificates. No projects to work on for 2 years. You have to do self study only. They may torture you to break the bond. This is their business.

A lot of unwanted mess in this company. People are very rude and unprofessional especially starting from the head level. Projects are like pennies without any real exposure. The first 4 to 5 persons at the head level are pure arrogant and no support from them. Only shouting. I am worried about my interview which i am going to face after the bond completion here. No project experience. Think twice before joining here. Better to join any other company.

Learning opportunities, loads of knowledge gain in SAP. ITChamps is well know for the training and placement they provide for youth and young blood, this is a place for making your career path in SAP world, they provide SAP certification and inhouse training, i think no other organization do that. If you well groomed here and get placed, which most of 99% you will be, you will come out as great consultant compared to market consultants.

I dislikes the guys who provide fake non-sense on ITChamps, those kind of guys must be kept away from community, spreading wrong message to others.

I love the fact that I am part of Itchamps Software PVt ltd team that markets reliable, high quality products as per software solution regarding the ERP . As a result i got so many thing to learn here. As per skill development and for learning platform this is very best company

I didn't find any. Sometime you may disagree with Management team but it's up to you, its completely depend on your perspective, How you take that ....
