CTC and actually in-hand salary has very large gap 30-40%. They pay TA DA but included in CTC. Always have to be on field. Only suitable for those interested in FMCG job always on field. Not for weak hearted.

As a trainee you will be humiliated, You will be made to walk around the city like a salesman be it hot sun , heavy rains. Every single person here has a huge ego issue. I made huge mistake joining this company.

everything is bad. salary is worst in the industry. no work culture. no team meets or outings Theres a disconnect between HR and the team on group. Theres no one to look out for you. trainees are used like resource instead of being taught. Manager and subordinates have big ego issue me as a trainee was humiliated and demotivated multiple times. stay away from this company if it comes in your campus. they will pay you 20-22k as an MBA.

Good company for freshers, lots to learn and good brand name.

...re at the top enjoy luxuary work life. It is a very low work-life balance there. The compensation is poor and people who are at the bottom find it difficult even to buy food and groceries. Location is never fixed for a suitable long term. In case you do not butter/bribe your boss/manager, you may be rotated through cities in a short span of 7 - 10 days. So imagine the case of married people or new couples. Also office space stays full of smell of tobacco, it is the market leader in cigarette after all!

...saying policy is change and you have work for 3 years to become area executive. Salary is very much less as compare to other companies.Even some of the salesman on third party payroll have more salary than sales trainee. Finance team take too much time to approved travelling expenses.
