I like the company rules.it is decent company. Also salary was good and i learned more technical and safety rules. ITC takes care of staff and sub contractor's labours Life. I worked with energy and safety.

Just Brand name.

Dislikes

CTC and actually in-hand salary has very large gap 30-40%. They pay TA DA but included in CTC. Always have to be on field. Only suitable for those interested in FMCG job always on field. Not for weak hearted.

ITC one of best compony to work with , Only getting promotion from front line to managerial level is tough after 1st promotion as a manager become easy for next level ,
