I like the company rules.it is decent company. Also salary was good and i learned more technical and safety rules. ITC takes care of staff and sub contractor's labours Life. I worked with energy and safety.

Just Brand name.

Dislikes

CTC and actually in-hand salary has very large gap 30-40%. They pay TA DA but included in CTC. Always have to be on field. Only suitable for those interested in FMCG job always on field. Not for weak hearted.
