... someone starting out their career as the behemoth deals with lot of categories. Salary at certain level are bit on lower side but additional perks make up for that gap. Culture depends on team you are in and how's your reporting manager.

Very low pay if compares with peers. In salary revisions shows high drscripency in the case of seniors. Pathetic promotion modes.

Job Security is Very High , But is not a good pay master. Will make you beg for promotion. Not at all culturally good if you want to grow in professional career
