Good homely work culture but needs to be full filled objective in specific time frame. Good promotion scope for right candidate. Transparent promotion scope as per HR methodologies.

ITC gives great badge value. Multy category knowledge. This company makes us master in 360 degree knowledge.

Very low pay if compares with peers. In salary revisions shows high drscripency in the case of seniors. Pathetic promotion modes.

Job Security is Very High , But is not a good pay master. Will make you beg for promotion. Not at all culturally good if you want to grow in professional career

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
