Healthy pressure as a fresher. Learn a lot people may or may not be cooperative sometimes. Politics is there but for freshers there is nothing. HOD is supportive.

Salary hike is not good. As fresher we don't like it. If come at senior level then it is good . Comparison with other fmcg company hike is really low.

1. Learning opportunities are very high 2. Medical benifits are average not good as early 3. Job security is ok.

...rks for their theoretical cost savings projects which never worked on ground. 3. Salary growth is very poor for lower level employees. 4. old employee treated like liability and criticised always. They don't want you to stay long in the company. 5. Current management of CMU is very much unprofessional and blame to lower team for their own failure.

Job security and work life balance are good .

Yearly Salary increment and appraisal not good, salary increased lower side and not achieved in yearly inflation rate. pramotion fully in boss hand ,boss ok your pramotion time ,but boss are not okay your promotion 5,6 year.

ITC Company is a big company in india.But they are not focusing ground level employee(salesman, DS also).

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
