...rks for their theoretical cost savings projects which never worked on ground. 3. Salary growth is very poor for lower level employees. 4. old employee treated like liability and criticised always. They don't want you to stay long in the company. 5. Current management of CMU is very much unprofessional and blame to lower team for their own failure.

...nment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year 👍

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.🙏

If joining at grade F and above in that case oppurtunities, growth & compensation & life is good else no scope. Company doesnt care the life of below F grade

Company Hr policies difference between above F grade & below F grade..for example- yearly increament, attitude of Hr, work life balance.. company doesnt even care if you are on executive or senior executive role.. Also sampling policies & medical policies are one sided

I like that only every month itc celebrate employees birthday .

...nagement, they do not value the operators .Behave as like contractual Labour ...and the salary they given is very nigotiable .
