ITC is a cool company demand a lot of hike before coming here also keep an eye on components of salary usually they increase variable pay which we don't receive 💯 it's rare if u get u are lucky...

I love ITC Infotech actually job security and pressure less job are it's key.I am planning to join again when I will be retiring from IT. This company will be my utmost priority.

...agers having friendly nature, work pressure means it's all depends on project. About salary every month last day they'll credit to our account. I'm really happy with that. My previous company Experis IT private limited is waste payroll team not even 1 month also I didn't get proper salary. When you are in bench mean they will give three months salary to you. By showing some other projects to you.

...ees 3 times in a year without any apt reason... no proper parking arrangements.. the managers are unprofessional as the ratings were not disclosed on time after getting hike and variable pay came to know about

... use and throw. Never join this org even they lure you with initial good salary. Basic pay is poor. They don't have sustainable projects. Whether you are joining at leadership or junior level this company should be your last choice.
