... use and throw. Never join this org even they lure you with initial good salary. Basic pay is poor. They don't have sustainable projects. Whether you are joining at leadership or junior level this company should be your last choice.

No work pressure. It is a retirement company full of politics. People with no skill can sustain their job easily here.

Everything is horrible here except work life balance 😆. Shoe polishing company with typical madwadi style, except salary many a things are challenging here.

Work from home but even during critical family issues also your manager will ask you to be there for sometime. Felt very bad for choosing ITC.

...our project is not performing extremely well No Variables and they will be deny. Assume that your salary is without variables. Salary hike letter and implementation will always get delayed. ITC does not have any process for anything. Even I have seen people following up the HR for relieving letter after 2 weeks of resigned date.

Technology using almost all are latest only, Job security in critical and recession time cannot be estimated If economy of the country is good decent job security is there

Career growth and compensation level not up to mark as cost of leaving too high when compared the salary payed by the company

They are not supportive at all. Forcing employees to come and work from office even when its unsafe. Very bad work environment and culture. Management is the worst part. All they care about is client and money

Very bad work culture and environment. Management is worst..no hikes bonus cancelled shift allowances. Reluctant about work from home and leaves. Bad language being used
