Staff shortage most of the time and in my entire period of time in Itc I haven't seen or witnessed the company arranging any outdoor event or party for employees.
To be honest the pay scale the usually offers is very less a compare to the efforts you have to put in the job. As a male employee I realised it pretty tough to manage thing as we people talk about non-discrimination between male and female employee but in the name of women empowerment male usually to get the facilities which are provide to the other female employee, the accommodation and transportation are free for the female but not for male. We have to understand that employee run the organisation not male or female. So should provide the facilities equally.
Company Hod's feels very proud about Harassing there employees mentaly and physically.
Dislikes
1.They will not increase your salary by only 2k Or 3k if you are working for more then 5yrs but at the same time they can hire a new joinee with more salary then the existing employee.
2.HR department is not employee friendly it's management friendly.
3.According to the management if you want leave for any festivals, for the employees below the managerial level in the Hirerachy it's not applicable.
4.HOD's and there assistant have the privilege to eat whenever thay want but the again the employee below the manegrial level not even get a releaver because of the staff crunch in this property.
5.According to the HOD's employees have to follow all the process made by the company but at the same time company will not follow the process made for the employee, for example shift hours policy, so while hiring they will portrait in such a way that employee have to do only 9hours shift, but the scenario is completely different.
6.property is run by 70% of trainees and 30% of employees and at the same time they want to pass all the audits as well by harassing there employees physically and mentally.
7. HR is very supportive in passing the audits for long shift hours and less increments of the employee for the company.
8.HR department is totaly bogus.
ITC is staff friendly company , but yes the bussiness got loss in huge in hotel industry. But they cared people for 4 months those who have tenure for 1year. As company hire staff in FTC after 4months my tenure got complete . So they just asked me to join the company when the business get balanced.
...d have same company like them i should find out solutions for cost controlling.. but , as i said before that ITC was giving full payments to the staff , they could give 50% salary to the staff and keep them with company. Because , there are many people who have more attachment with the company as we all know this pandemic given a strike to every people. So in this crisis people get depressed losing there jobs. Some how people where also dedicated to come back and help the company to re generate the revenue , and giving ideas for development. Thankyou
