In itc essentra company they are having fast moving goods that is cigarettes filters they are having machines to manufacture the filter jk machines and kdf, I'm working as machine co ordinator we are going on rotation shifts, firstly they gave me training about machines,works and about company after that they leave us to work,in our shifts shift incharges are responsible for everything and they are not supporting us that much,and staffs also not giving respect in this company they don't know how to talk with people not everyone someone is there,and coming to salary they are not giving that much worthy salary because we are work there hard but they are giving small allowances,there is technically nothing to learn only machine running,safety is good,company is better,coming to covid19 they are took lot of precautions to avoid covid19 by installing sanitizer stand means by pressing with legs sanitizer will drop to the hand,and by giving surgical glouse,masks and spraying sprayer to kill virus and basic knowledge about corona and thermal screening totally I'm going to tell company is good for work few years

Career growth is limited. Superiors do not value an individuals strengths, they are market oriented minds and maintenance function is always is treated as thankless job, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from clients, however they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.

Corrupt management. Need to review the transaction. Ceo and cfo both are busy in share market trading. So many transactions are diverted

Poor quality management. Many financial transactions are diverted for own benefits. Taking commission for investment in mutual fund. Taking commission from supplier and vendor
