Italconsult have no proper training. Staff salary is just acceptable. They have no learning system. Italconsult supports the site management technically better than other consultants.

I hope that they improve the learning system and internal safety system

Contract States you get 30 days leave after one year of work but they refuse to give you leave and even refuse exit permit out of qatar during 4 days public holidays and force you to sit in Qatar when u do not work for 4 days.

Dislikes

Same as above they refuse to give exit permit out of Qatar, they refuse to give 30 day or 10 day contractual leave after one year service.

I have been at my company for four years,and i have learned lot from working with some amazing staffs, however i am starting to feel like i need some new challenges.

Dislikes

One of the interesting part of my current job is that the entire team is very supportive.
