Lots of things are there as below: 1. No manners in Managers to talk to employees 2. You must have to stay on floor for 8 hrs if you are getting board of don't have any work in you hand 3. They maintain history to taking credit of juniors work/efforts by their managers 4. They have special calculator for appraisal they have appraisal month April/May and process is started in month of Dec, also employee must have to complete 6 months meaning is if employee join in June then that employee never get the appraisal in first cycle they get there appraisal after complete 1.5 years

It was a great experience to work with ITShastra, specially with the Radian Team of ITShastra. The Radian team members and Project Manager is really very good and with supportive nature. They always ready to encourage and help each other.

When I joined itshastra I was a fresher and this company has provided me the technical capabilities that I am able to work in MNC at very high technical place. Credit for all my skill goes to ITS as they also teach how your attitude should be. I have an experience on working almost every technology because I learnt to take challenges and that is because of ITS.
