Scammers. Do not even think of joining this scam company. They will make you sign a contract of 1 year and will not even pay you on time. They made our salaries half yearly. And also paid us very less than what we had agreed upon. Disgusting illiterate idiots is what the owner of this company are.

...h will be paid just twice a year that means they pay you after every 6 months. And deduct your salary without any reason.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
